Endovasc. Aortenrekonstruktion durch individuell gefertigte Aortenprothese - biiliacal ohne Fenster. Die beiden iliacalen Schenkel im gleichen Eingriff noch durch prothesen ohne Seitenarme verlängert.

Wir kommen mit unserer Kodierung nicht aus der DRG F51B (Fall aus 2017) heraus, aber die deckt kaum die Kosten für die individuell gefertigte Prothese...
