Alpha 1-Antitrypsinmangel

    Hallo Forum!
    Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich einen Pat. mit Alpha 1-Antitrypsinmangel (Nebendiagnose) verschlüsseln kann ? Außer ICD E88.0 und OPS 8-810.x finde ich nichts passendes.


    Der Pat. erhielt den Proteinaseinhibitor (Prolastin (R), sauteuer). Hierfür gibt es kein Zusatzentgelt. Wie kann der erhebliche Aufwand abgebildet werden ?
